'Breathe' reminds us to stop, look up and enjoy what we already have right in front of us. To stop searching and just be.
BRIGHT SOUL
'Bright Soul' - a song written to capture the spirit of love and vitality of life - everyone has or needs their 'bright soul' to inspire - this captures the essence of my lucky one.
Full of life, full of giving energy, full of love - she does 'light up' and radiates a natural warmth like the sun and the stars, every day. I remember first feeling those moments 'light me up' when I could sense or see her presence.
LONG NIGHT
'Long Night' captures those nights where your thoughts are so torn you cannot sleep - tossing and turning to try and twitch off to still your mind. It could be your partner, your kids, your parents, your work, your best friend - anything that means something to us that keeps us up at night.
This song was written about a mini fight that got me thinking all night long - and it was a long night, with the same key thoughts and scenes of what was said on repeat - like a movie stuck on repeat.
TEASE
'Tease' - a song written in winter, sitting starring out to a cold frosty morning as the sun breaks through to warm the day. 'Winter Tease' depicts the ups and down of the seasons, and the ups and down of your own mood and life.
Moving fast, but feeling like you are not getting anyway as you 'jam and mix-n-match your day to succeed', Tease take us on a little journey of learning from the lows and enjoying the highs.
